Mr. Thalapaneni has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and worked in various engineering and management positions across the most reputed semiconductor companies - Altera, Samsung, Fairchild, AMD, and Flextronics. Most recently, he worked at Altera as Director of Technology Development, supporting new product development with the most advanced process technologies from foundries. Prior to that, he has worked in various aspects of process technologies- Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS, DRAM, SRAM, EPROM, EEPROM, ASIC, MCM, etc and received multiple patents. Guru holds MS from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and BS from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India.

Fred Rehhausser
Vice President of Marketing

Fred Rehhausser has over forty years of experience in the computer industry holding executive positions and senior management roles with industry leading computer companies like Sun Microsystems, FORCE Computers, Motorola Computer Systems, and Chorus Systems. Fred has an enviable track record in developing and executing business strategies. His tenure at each of these companies has had significant results in terms of increased revenue growth or market position of the respective organization. Fred earned his BSEE degree from MIT and MSE degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds several patents in the computer field and is the author of numerous papers on bus architecture and bus technology.
