TITLE:
Director of Technical Marketing
REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing/Sales
SUMMARY: The Director of Technical Marketing is responsible
for coordinating the development efforts surrounding Remoba
products and projects, ensuring that they are executed according
to priorities and in an efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all
Remoba product offerings in order to identify the impact of
changes to various parts of the system.
* Work with Engineering to ensure work is done according to
priorities set by Marketing.
* Plan deployment schedules for application and handset submission
to NSTL and carriers.
* Maintain and publish the product priorities roadmap.
* Act as product or project manager as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This function requires a sound sense
of business as well as engineering and the ability to communicate
well with others. Experience in wireless telecommunications
is preferred. BS required, preferably in business-related field
or software engineering.

TITLE:
Enterprise Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing/Sales
SUMMARY: The Enterprise Sales
Manager will have direct sales responsibilities and work with
the wireless carrier sales teams to generate new business. The
role will involve sales calls on small, medium and large companies,
either together with a carrier sales representative or alone.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Specifically, the successful applicant will:

TITLE:
VP of Engineering
REPORTS TO: CEO
POSITION SUMMARY: The VP of Engineering will have responsibility
for managing all efforts within the Engineering teams for Remoba,
Inc., for both Santa Clara and our team based in Bangalore,
India.
DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY: The Engineering department will
collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations in the definition
and refinement of service requirements taking into account both
customer needs, technological feasibility and maturity, operational
support requirements, and cost objectives in defining service
solutions. Engineering will collaborate with and ultimately
deliver implementation design documentation to the Technical
Marketing department for submission of wireless based applications
for BREW, J2ME and WAP environments.
Engineering will also collaborate with Operations to ensure
the operational and customer support capabilities are integrated
with new applications, working closely with the Information
Systems personnel that will be responsible for the software
to support an integrated system of web-based registration, synchronization
and on-demand provisioning with linkages to capacity management,
customer information, and customer support systems.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The VP Engineering candidate must
be an experienced manager with a proven track record of successful
development and sustaining engineering for mobile productivity
applications in at least one of three areas: BREW, J2ME and/or
WAP. Experience with RDBMS, ideally with Oracle 8 or higher,
is also required. At least 10 years of experience in wireless
engineering or applications engineering is required, and 5-8
years of management experience in that arena.
The VP of Engineering must be a team player, strong leader,
effective manager, and be able to communicate effectively both
internally as well as with customers, investors, and analysts.

TITLE: Director
of BREW Development
REPORTS TO: VP of ENGINEERING
SUMMARY: The Director of BREW Development will coordinate
the development of wireless applications for the Qualcomm BREW
platform and report to the VP of Engineering, coordinating efforts
with the Engineering teams in Santa Clara, CA and Bangalore,
India and also with our partner carriers.
JOB DUTIES:
* Determine system needs as necessary based on user requirements.
* Interpret functional design specifications and determine feasibility
to implement.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation.
* Responsible for following programming standards and program
quality.
* Responsible for creating and maintaining program code.
* Develop appropriate program documentation.
* Manage development environment, including source code.
* Coordinate support work done by engineers.
* Supervise and coordinate development work by engineers.
* Responsible for distribution of program updates to user community.
* Responsible for addressing (personally, or delegating) ad-hoc
report requests.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience with BREW. Also helpful: Java, J2ME,
C++.
* Extensive knowledge of any modern RDBMS, ideally with Oracle
8 or higher.
* BS CS / MIS / CIS.
* Strong problem solving and abstract thinking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
